If your payment is declined a number of times in a row, Paypal will eventually stop trying and mark your subscription as cancelled.

You'll be able to check that when you login to Paypal.

To find your subscriptions in Paypal:

  • Log in to your PayPal account (not your TopMusicPro account!)

  • Click Profile near the top of the page.

  • Click My Money under My Profile.

  • Click the agreements you want to view in the My Pre-approved Payments section.

Find the pre-approved payments to Tim Topham or Top Music Education and open it.
