If your payment is declined a number of times in a row, Paypal will eventually stop trying and mark your subscription as cancelled.
You'll be able to check that when you login to Paypal.
To find your subscriptions in Paypal:
Log in to your PayPal account (not your TopMusicPro account!)
Click Profile near the top of the page.
Click My Money under My Profile.
Click the agreements you want to view in the My Pre-approved Payments section.
Find the pre-approved payments to Tim Topham or Top Music Education and open it.
