If you have previously cancelled your membership or you've lost access due to an expired card or payment issue and wish to rejoin, we'd love to have you back!
Just follow these simple instructions to get reconnected.
Go to members.topmusic.co
Log in to your account using your email address and your old password. If you have forgotten your password, just click on the forgot password button and you will be sent a new one via e-mail.
Once you are logged in, you will see the "Houston, we have a problem!" page. Just click on Join Now under the subscription tier you wish to join.
After clicking the Join Now button, a filled out form will appear. Check the fields to see that it reflects the correct details for you.
Don't forget to tick on the I have read and agree to the member terms and conditions before proceeding to the confirmation and payment.
On the next page, you will be asked to input your new card details.
Click submit.
You should now be back online :)
