When you purchase 1-off course access (versus a Top Music Pro Membership), the amount of support we can give you is limited. If you've got questions about billing or access or you have problems streaming or downloading your course, we'll be only too happy to assist. If you have questions related to the content of the course, we're unable to support you with these unless you upgrade to a full Top Music Pro Membership <link to instructions>. When you upgrade, you get access to 20 international teaching experts and hundreds of other teachers around the world to help answer your questions.
