Refunds are only considered under certain circumstances:

  1. If you're still within the 30-day money back guarantee period

  2. On a case-by-case basis due to lengthy sickness, incapacitation, etc.

Other than under our 30-day money back guarantee policy, refunds are unlikely to be granted.


Please note we will send two reminder emails if you're on a Professional/Annual plan at 30 and 14 days prior to membership renewal. We will not offer refunds if you decide to cancel and miss the annual renewal date. Please make certain that you act on this in good time.
