CANCELLATIONS

Members may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account.

Once you cancel your account, you will still have access to your subscription until your last paid date.

Example: Member signed up on June 2021 for an annual subscription. He decided to cancel his membership on January 2022, 6 months after his sign up. Even if he cancelled, he will still have access to his subscription until June 2022 - the last paid up date of his annual subscription.

In the event that a member terminates their subscription, they will not be entitled to a refund of any TopMusicPro Membership Fees unless they are within the guidelines of our refund policy.

REFUNDS

All Membership Fees are non-refundable, however TopMusicPro offers a 30 day money back guarantee for any User who is not happy with their TopMusicPro membership. If a User wishes to request a refund, they must do so within 30 days of first becoming a member of TopMusicPro by emailing support@topmusic.co

If the User has elected to pay the Membership Fees on an annual basis, the User acknowledges that such payment shall be non-refundable other than if they are still under the 30-day money back guarantee. In the month leading up to the end of the annual period, TopMusicPro will notify the User that his/her payment is due, and unless cancelled in writing by the User, TopMusicPro may deduct a further annual fee from the User on the next annual due date.

However if the User is on a monthly payment plan for Membership Fees, TopMusicPro shall not be entitled to be paid any further Membership Fees.
