CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings section on the members site.
Once you cancel your account, you will still have access until your current subscription period expires.
Example: If you signed up for an annual subscription in June 2021 and decide to cancel your membership in January 2022, you can cancel today and still have access until June 2022.
Any balance of TopMusicPro Membership Fees are non-refundable unless they are within the guidelines of our refund policy.
REFUNDS
All Membership Fees are non-refundable, however TopMusicPro offers a 30 day money-back guarantee for any member who is not happy with their TopMusicPro membership. If a member wishes to request a refund, they must do so within 30 days of first becoming a member of TopMusicPro by emailing support@topmusic.co
If the member has elected to pay the Membership Fees on an annual basis, the member acknowledges that such payment shall be non-refundable other than if they are still under the 30-day money-back guarantee. In the month leading up to the end of the annual period, TopMusicPro will notify the member that his/her payment is due, and unless cancelled in writing by the member, TopMusicPro may deduct a further annual fee from the member on the next annual due date.
However if the member is on a monthly payment plan for Membership Fees, TopMusicPro shall not be entitled to be paid any further Membership Fees.
