Don't worry - these things happen all the time!

If you pay by credit card, to update or change your billing credit card, follow these instructions. When you confirm your new card details, you'll be billed immediately and your membership will automatically be reactivated.

If you pay by Paypal, please login to your Paypal account and ensure that you have sufficient funds available (or an associated payment option linked) so that the next billing attempt will be successful.

Failed payments will automatically be retried every few days. If the payment fails three times in a row, your membership may lapse. If your membership has lapsed, please follow these instructions to restart your membership.
