Adding the Student Tracker to your phone's home screen
Put the tracker on your home screen so it opens like an app, and sign in with a code rather than the emailed link.
Why am I being asked to sign in again?
A sign-in lasts 60 days and starts again on every visit, so being asked more often than that has one of a few causes.
I didn't get my sign-in link
The link should arrive within a minute or two. If it has not, here is what to check, in order.
I'm a member but the Student Tracker is asking me to pay
This is nearly always the email address you signed in with, and it takes a minute to put right.
Which TopMusic tools are free and which need a membership?
Most are free, and every TopMusicPro plan includes all of them. The tools hub keeps the current list.
